The building looks old
With mint green paint
On molding done in hardwood.

The building looks old
WIth the chained defendants
Drawn along in jumpsuits.

The building looks old
With benched like pews
The gates, portraits of judges.

The building looks old
But itís considered new
The old one burned to ashes.

It makes you worry
The old story
Arson at the courthouse.

The courthouse burned
With all the records
stacked outside, what a strange thing.

So how does this work
The wheels of justice
Are they greased by something hidden?

One judge relieved
For slashing tires
Another let go for torture.

The building looks old
And you know at least two
Donít know their ass from their elbow.

Scratch your head
Then shake it too
Justice is blind as a raven.
