Hammock on a hummock
Two Dr Seuss trees
Hammock for the dreaming
Of avaricetic dreams.

Uncle Scrooge swims in money
Martha Stewart just the same
What talent tied to luxury
Like the King and Queen of Spain.

Send forth the conquistadors
From your hummock hill
Tear down the world totally
From your hammock dream.

Let wealth pile on wealth
Let the slaves be bought and sold
Conquest, conquest
From your hummock dream.

Yertle thought to own
All that he surveyed
From his swamp he had to learn
Itís turtles down all the way.
