It's satisfying just how easy my teeth sink through the moderately baked bread and then continues on into the strawberry filling that makes up the surprise of this delicious treat. As I walk away from the counter in which they sit, I continue to work my jaw on the donut, I turn around to take a glance at the counter top once more. There's something about donuts for me. They always look so perfect. They're naivety and innocence. It's almost like they don't know they fill people with as much joy the way they do. I count em. Seven left. It would take me one sticky hand and seven minutes to eat every single one of those. I don't though. I was raised right and there are other people in this office that just take too damn long to eat. I hear Adam however, gnawing graciously on his nutty donut. The nuts in which make up the outer portion of his particular doughy circle continue to fall on the plexi mat that his lazy ass rolls around on.
