just a man of few words
a simple individual in a complicated world
running ‘round a dead end street
all the punks want a piece
they throw sticks and stones

sees a girl he never seen comin’
steals his heart right out from under him
love, so it seemed
brought him to his knees
when she hit the ground runnin’

away
away

she kept away for some time
couldn’t make sense, the pieces of her life
she would pray to god
to make the pain stop
she died tryin’ to change everything
since a child, she’d been slipping

away
away

Good stuff, I like all the alliteration and the effective simplicity of the chorus part.

Also, yep I write lyrics/songs. Do you have any songs recorded?

Hey John, I'm almost obssessed.
I have just a feel in english but a LOT in my native language.
Actually, object writing simple improved a lot my translations. My musics are better than originals.
In sense of the feeling I wanted to transmit.
