Bump, crash. There is a skittering noise in the pantry. The dog goes into alarm mode. Bark, bark, bark. Slowly slide the pantry door open. Staring me right in the face a cute little gray and white vermin. Black eyes stare back at me. Munching on an oat bar. Seems to be enjoying it immensely. There is a putrid ammonia fragrance. Little brown pellets scattered about. The little bastard has spoiled the whole pantry. I reach to grab the fuzz ball. The dog see the mouse too. He jumps down from the shelf and snakes his way across the kitchen. Dog pursues. So do I. To no avail. Heís found his hole, down and out of the house he goes. Heíll be back. Bastard. Iíll be ready for him.

(first ever post. Did I do it right?)
