The bright white collar was stiff and itchy. The neck was too small and I needed to struggle with the button. I never liked the ceremony of getting dressed in a rented tuxedo. Sure they were tailored and adjusted to fit before being picked up, but that didn't seem to solve the odd shapes here and there of a unique body. It's just wasn't as comfortable as the old standby, a sweatshirt and jeans. I can tell you for sure the shiny black shoes, stiff and unforgiving, had nothing on my old worn Converse sneakers. There were also lots of accessories with the tux. The boutonniere is a standard, but I always have trouble attaching it. I prefer white flowers if the tux is only black and white.
I'm not sure how James Bond is able to save the free world wearing one of these!
