Black and silver spinning over the asphalt. The weather turned out the exact way we hoped it would. "Party in the USA" by Miley Cirus was shouting from the speakers. You couldnīt really hear it though, because we were drowning it with our own voices.

Maze grooves crunched the gravel like a giants morning cornflakes. A dust storm billowed as the wheels scraped to a stop, choking the air with the rough smell of dirt long overdue for a rain. The chickenwire farmhouse screen door creaked open, crying for a drop of WD40. A pink cheeked old granny waits between the door frame. Anticipation tingles up her spine, 1000 ants crawling up her skin.
